Products & availability
How do I know what is available?
Core Stock identifies a catalog pathway, not a guarantee that every strength is in stock. Review the operational availability on the product page and select your strength. Certificate coverage is shown separately; COA pending does not mean a certificate is available.
What does Request Batch mean?
Request Batch is the sourcing-enquiry pathway for compounds or strengths outside current Core Stock. Use the request form to ask about the selected compound or strength. A request is not confirmation of inventory, a price, or a dispatch date.
Orders & accounts
When are available orders processed?
We dispatch Monday–Saturday, normally within one shipping day after payment clears, excluding postal holidays. Eligible Next-Business-Day orders require cleared payment before 3 p.m. Eastern for that day’s planned dispatch; after cutoff, dispatch moves to the next shipping day. Research-information clarification can place an order on hold. Processing is separate from transit.
Do I need an account, and where can I review orders?
An account is required. New researchers can register during checkout without leaving their order; returning researchers can sign in. Order history and available tracking are under Orders & Tracking in your account.
Shipping & tracking
Where does PYXAX ship, and which services are offered?
PYXAX ships within the United States. The Shipping Policy lists Standard ($9.99; 3–5 business days), Expedited ($16.99; 2–3 business days), and Next-Business-Day ($59.99; destination- and dispatch-date-dependent availability). Transit estimates begin at carrier handoff. Verified Next-Business-Day options show the planned dispatch and estimated arrival dates at checkout, subject to payment clearing before the cutoff. Saturday dispatch does not promise Sunday delivery. Final options and rates depend on your address and cart.
How do I check free-shipping eligibility?
Free Priority Shipping starts at $250 in eligible products, after coupon discounts and before shipping and tax; payment-method savings do not reduce eligibility. Free Priority is the no-charge equivalent of our Expedited tier. The cart shows your qualifying-spend progress. Some supplies are excluded and do not advance that progress. Review the available shipping options at checkout.
Where can I find tracking?
A tracking number is emailed at fulfillment and is available under Orders & Tracking in your account. If tracking has not arrived within two business days of order confirmation, email hello@pyxax.com with your order number.
What if tracking shows a carrier problem?
Contact hello@pyxax.com with your order number and tracking details. The Shipping Policy explains carrier responsibility and assistance with a carrier claim where available. Damaged or incorrect shipment claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with a description and clear photographs.
Certificates & support
Where can I review the relevant certificate?
Open the COA Library and match the product, strength and lot identifier. The product page shows selected-strength verification context. A pending record does not provide a certificate link. Published certificates identify the laboratory and results for that specific batch.
