Researcher Confirmation Records
Your researcher confirmation at checkout is logged as part of our compliance records. This information may be used to demonstrate that PYXAX sells exclusively to licensed researchers, and may be relevant in any regulatory inquiry. This is a legal protection for both parties.
Abandoned Cart Reminders
If you add items to your cart while signed in and do not complete checkout, we record the cart contents, your account email address, and timestamps so we can send you a single reminder email with a link back to your cart. This data is used only for that reminder — it is not shared with third parties or used for any other marketing — and it is automatically deleted after 30 days, or sooner if you complete the order. Every reminder includes an unsubscribe link, and these records are covered by the data-export and erasure requests described in this policy.
Launch Notification List
If you join our launch notification list, we store your email address to notify you when the store opens and about Core Stock availability. We do not share this list. You may request removal at any time by emailing hello@pyxax.com.
